HOW TO BECOME A FAMOUS ARTIST

Dear art world,

As I write, this blog I am wondering just like many artist out there  how to become a famous artist.  The way to get some knowledge on this subject you have to research, and put it altogether in your mind. Here are some ways to go about it.

Ever since the internet came along the world been communicating differently.  Just by pushing, a couple buttons and a movement from a mouse in your hand you can communicate with everyone any where around the world. Thanks to the social media like Facebook, twitter, Youtube just to name just a few. Then the others like T.V news CNN news papers  and advertising etc.

To do this you have to always  try many times to communicate with a lot of people by sharing your art images in the social medias. Then join a art groups in Facebook. Which also good to be in.  What  I mean by that if a artist is in your art group ,and he or she gets a art contract from a gallery. The gallery might ask them do you know any more artist to join our gallery. So don't fear that if that artist is your competition you won't communicate with them. I believe making many art friends in these art groups are good not only to have connections to the gallery, but you have a community of some one who you can share your ideas with some one at your level and know ledge of the subject.

Another way to attract people about yourself is to show the real you. Not only the art side of you ,but the real life side of you.  Here's a example what I mean by  Kim Kardashian is popular not because she only has a T.V. show ,but after the T.V. show she also show her

personal side. Like hobbies, cooking, putting make up, and  doing everyday things  like you and me. Then she post them on social media. People can relate to them.

I think the most biggest way to have that fame is the good old fashion T.V. the news. I was watching a movie about this young student artist that went to art school ,and his dream is to become a artist. Then there was a serial killer who was ,killing off  all the students of the art school that the art student was attending. He made friends with the killer with out knowing that he was the killer. One day the young student was frustrated that his dreams was not coming true as the artist he wants to be. Out of desperation he ask the serial killer if he can borrow some of his art work. The killer said yes then gave it to him for a art show. Meanwhile he was talking to the  serial killer he mistakenly dropped a cigarette on the floor. Without the killer knowing he dropped on the floor. Then the artist left the killers apartment with the art that the killer gave him.  The art included the victums     he killed also he pasted some of the belongings on the art. Then the student put the artworks on display for all the public to see.  The police was looking for the killer ,but while checking out the art in the gallery one of the detectives recognize some of the victums faces in the art. Then the police went after the student that displayed the killers art on the wall. Then he got mistakenly arrested of killing the victums. At that time the news media was following the story ,and made a article on him. Then the whole world knew about him. He was sent to prison ,and his art was well known around the world.  Yeah it ended a sad story but it happens. Goes to show you don't have to be talented to become a famous artist. All you have to do catch the news media eye and they make you famous.

If you have any questions and comments or do you have any other ideas of being famous let me know.?

MY STYLE

I like to get into comic books, children books, greeting cards, magazine work, any thing dealing with art drawing  and painting.

MY PROCESS OF CREATING ART

When I start creating, artwork it doesn't matter what subject. But it depends what media I am using.  For example, When I start a drawing I usually will renstate the drawing sketching it out until I am satisfied what I have created,  and add texture light and shadow .  When ,  a pen and ink is created I first use a pencil work on it until I finish it. Then after that I press down on the pencil to create a line pencil drawing. then I erase the drawing then apply the inks.  When I use the markers first I will use a pencil draw it then erase the pencil mark will be there lightly enough for me to go color it. Then I use a black India ink pen to do the out line.  For the watercolors I use the pencil first then I apply the watercolors second. I use the wet and dry technique when I paint. The first thing I will do is use a flat wash (first value). Then  paint the second value on what ever side of the subject that will be the shaded part of the painting. and also a third or many values I feel it needs to be painted for the light source.   Ffor the watercolor ink paintings I use the same method like the other medias the pencil first second watercolor, third the inks which I draw over the watercolors.  The oil painting process is just like the medias then after I finish the pencils the second  I use a under painting on the piece. Then I start painting the image in sections to light and dark but will smooth out the se4ctions of each value. I do use the both wet and dry or wet on wet techniques it depends what I what to do it.
