The first time I discovered  that I could  draw I was very young age of six. That's when I knew that art  was my favorite hobby ,and later a career. I went to the performing arts ,and art high school in New York City. My major was in fine art.  I also was a student in  art school in Cincinatti, OH. I am a   self taught artist. I tried to get into the other fields in art for example magazines(caricartures), book publishing(comic books, and children books) greeting cards, and fine art.  I tried and had no luck but my family and friends told me that I should try to be a entreprenuer, and work for myself. That's why I am selling the paintings myself and I been successful.  The medium I use are pencil, pen and ink, watercolor, pen and ink and watercolor, color pencil and oil.  The subjects I paint are portriats, animals, figurative, sports, landscapes, nudes,  and a many more .  I also do commission paintings.      Very soon I will have new  artwork  displayed as well . The new   collection coming soon.  The artwork will be in many mediums.   I will let you know when, I will display them.

If you want to buy artwork, please let me know. I will give you instruction, on how to buy artwork from me.  All you have to do is call, or e-mail me.  I do eccept payments by credit cards, or money orders, personal checks.   I perfer credit cards is best for faster transition, and it is more safer way to send money.

When I discovered, the mediums I use for example.  Well, for the pencil I started like everybody else, used it in school.  But there was a artistic way of using it.  I learned by observation, and drawing.  And over the years I look at every subject by it's shape, value, texture, and color. By restating it until I reach the final stage of the drawing.  Over the years I discovered other media like the pen and ink.  First time I used it was in high school, and later I used it like a comic book style inking, and I read some books on this medium.  There are thin brushes, and all kinds of pens. The ink I use is black india ink.  The watercolor was learned in school .  The paper was cold press watercolor paper that was used to create  paintings on. I mix the paint with water so I paint smoothly across the paper, and the water also lighten up the colors. I don't use white with watercolors it is not needed, for this medium. The medium watercolor, pen and ink I learned by myself by reading books. This medium is also called mixed medium, combining many medium together.  Oil painting was introduced by my aunt many years ago.  It is paint that is mixed with oil medium, and it is painted on a canvas.  It can be strech ,or flat panel canvas.   Oil can take days to dry , and it depends how much oil medium you put in the paint. Markers just like pen and ink they have colored ink. I learned how to used them by my fellow classmates when I was into graffitti artist back in the days.  I also got a book on this medium and ,learned more about it.

I have two jobs I am a crewmember ,and artist.  I start my day by getting up around 10 oclock ,and go to the other job about 3 oclock . I get out of work at 10 and I go home and start painting all the way until six oclock in the morning. Hey I am a night owl if you already noticed that already.

People ask me about how I learned to get my ideas from, when I do my artwork.  I learned to

use my imagination by learning it from comic books, and what I learned that you can look at many images from books, real life , internet, and put them together in my mind.  And from there it develope to one image.  I try to look at many subjects I paint in many different ways instead of just painting as if it was a photograph someone took with a camera.

My style is realism/stylistic, but sometimes I like to experiment in different styles.  Sometimes some of the mediums I use does change my personal style when I paint or draw.  For example.  When I use the pen and ink  I   use technique like strippling, cross hatching etc,. But in pencil technique are the same but I press hard or soft on the lead to get lighter or darker values on the paper.  Some people say that when I use the watercolor pen and ink medium it looks like comic books or cartoon style. But to me it is still the realism style in all mediums.
